All of our albums are handmade by one of our skilled craftsmen in our Sycamore bindery.

Using our experience, we will present your personalisation in the best optical position based on the options you have chosen in your order as a guide to help us. If you have any specific requirements not available in the order process please contact us prior to placing your order. Either a Serif or San Serif typeface is used in a combination of large or small sizes when setting the layout for your approval.  

Please note type sizes and style may differ slightly from some of the examples shown on our website. Please ensure you check all spelling, grammar and punctuation as we cannot accept returns unless it is our mistake. Also please be aware that sometimes when detailed blocks are used there maybe some small surface breaks in the foil blocking.

We recommend attaching your photographs using either archival photo corners, archival double sided tape or photo splits.

Photographs are best mounted on the right hand page of an opened album, the photographs are protected by the blank acid free page on the left when closed.

Your album will be sent by secure special delivery. All our albums are placed within a gift box and encased in sturdy outer packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Allow 14 - 21 working days, due to the bespoke nature of your album. Should you require your album within this timescale, please contact customer services.
